I'd To Thank My New Sponsor Euro-Division, Jason picked me up in August 2009.
I got the Proper M3 Style Mirrors...
Kudos to them and their Service.
As far as the Proper M3 Style Mirrors are concerned. I'm really impressed with the quality of the build, definitely the most sturdy and solid set I've ever SEEN on THIS BOARD! or Anywhere in Fact! I had no problem with the install.

BTW: I would like to Thank Mike325i for taking Pics and Help with Install 
Mini DIY:
Pop the Glass off the Mirrors
Remove 4 Black Torx Screws
Pry it Open
Top Cover Should Come Off and There are 4 Tabs for the Back Cover.
Remove the 3 Black Phillips Screws
Pop the Lower Cover Off
Get a Small Nail or Something that is Sturdy and Press Down on those Metal Tabs to slide the ribbon out
Now Remove the 3 Screws and Remove the Motor
When They Arrive This Morning
