Right, long overdue update. I have been working on the Mini, just havnt got round to posting things.

So, finally got the car all sealed up with some wax -

Dad made the rear seat covers so got them in and the seat belts -

Hand brake covers on -

After the Gtechniq and wax treatment the car now beads like crazy when it rains -

That's it for now, the car is almost finished. Just need to sort out the front seat belts as they seem to have stopped working after sitting in a bag for 2 years. MOT is close

Sorry for the massive lack of updates but there has been nothing to show really as the majority of work has been electrical.

Pretty much finished the car now so will get some photos up when its done and its MOT time

A long over due update.

The car is now 99% finished with just some very small things left to do. I have ordered a colour tune to get the mixture spot on.

Hoping to get it MOT'd and finally on the road after 9 years of being SORN.

Fitted the bonnet for the last time -

Fitted the weather shield -

Gave her a wash as she was getting dusty. SNOW FOAM TIME -

One thing i would also say is. 'Gtechniq' is bleeding amazing stuff ( Buy it all ) -

Been very busy recently so havnt had much chance to update but I come with good news
MOT is booked for this Saturday, I'm fairly confident it will fail on things such as emissions and headlight aim etc but with any luck it will be on the road this weekend.
I will update again on Saturday.

Car failed on exactly what I thought it would. Headlight aim and emissions.
It's going back on Tuesday to have these done and the tracking

Well after nearly 3 years with me being restored the car passed its MOT and is now fully road legal.

Parked on the road for the first time in a while before the MOT -

Forgot how small it actually is -

Being, urmmm... MOT'D -

No rust to see here -

Here she is at her very first fill up, felt great driving it properly for the first time ( Just ignore the grinning mate in the passenger seat ) -

Got my boot all finished off with the tool box i bought, dont think it looks too shabby -

Its not running right at the moment and it does not accelerate very well so its going on a Rolling Road session at 9AM tomorrow so i'll keep who ever is still reading this updated on to what happens.

Would really love to hear everyones final thoughts ( Good or Bad )

That's really flattering, thanks a lot.
I was gutted to sell it but it had to be done due to a new job and a move. I got near enough £3000 for it.

I've now got myself an A4.
Will definitely be getting another Mini at some point in the future.
