Looks pretty nasty under there. Didn't need the screwdriver test on this lol.
Gonna change that whole piece to where the metal is solid. Gotta put in a brace just for good measure before I finish cutting the old stuff out.![[IMG]](/uploads/users/3/2017/10/DSCF3808-1507571529.jpg)

Ok...........me n the ole girl are happy again.
It just kinda pisses me off that I can't get at all the welds to grind them, but they are up inside the spring pocket anyway so no biggie.
Oh ya I almost forget..........I gotta start thinkin about what color to paint the underneath. I do want the subframe, rear frame rails, leaf springs and rear end housing POR-15 gloss black. I was thinkin about the rest the same color as car, comp. yellow, But I don't know how that would hold up. I have read threads about this but am still undecided??????????? Any ideas????
Now let me see...............what's next?![[IMG]](/uploads/users/3/2017/10/DSCF3831-1507571530.jpg)
