- The original choke handle
- Mountain bike gear cable and outer (if required)
- A cup of tea
Tools Needed:
- Side cuts
- Junior hacksaw
- A vice

I had to replace the cable and outer core on my choke cable as it was too worn to reuse, it's a simple job that can be done using basic hand tools and a vice.
You get the benefit of keeping your original choke handle too.
