New parts made!

Ran into some problems today. The air compressor I borrowed doesn't have the jam to run my sandblaster. It just kind of throws sand at the metal slower than I could with my bare hands.

Thanks for the comments guys! I'm hoping this caddy will be presentable enough to go to some shows and maybe even get some appreciation!

Installed my new panels today. POR 15 on the inside.

OK before this gets off topic;

I'm pleased with today's progress. I decided that my plastic welded cover for the heater core was not going to cut it. 

So I replaced the plastic(which is weak) with steel(which is strong).
