We drop the fox body fuel tank in #projectLOWFAREmont so we can get a look at the condition of the sending unit and clean off the gravel infested tank. Special thanks to EricTheCarGuy for his video helping me through the process. I end up doing things a little different than he did, but most importantly I show how to go about it if you don't have a lift and a transmission jack like he has in his video.

Also we unveil the official mileage from the distance to empty challenge I put up on Friday. WillR was the closest guess without going over at 60 miles and wins a choice of a free t-shirt. Although Winnipeg Car Life almost hit it spot on at 87 miles!

At 12:13 I mention using a screw driver as a punch. PLEASE DO NOT DO THIS. Someone pointed this out to me that this would run the risk of a spark, and you're potentially near gasoline vapors, hence the risk for igniting those vapors. Use a wood peg or plastic or something that won't potentially cause this risk.
