So here is my 1967 now with Rear Disk Brakes.

Before replacing all of the wheel studs.

After the part return from the machine shop.

Bracket in place and secure. New bolts had to be cut and the axle was grind down for the disk to fit properly.

New Brake Calipers and new Stainless Brake hoses from Brake Hose Unlimited. The best customer service ever.
