I've been working on the engine bay again. This part is not much fun at all!

Here's where original heater core came through

That will work nicely. To the left you will see where the A/C lines will come through.

Ugly, but will work

Started welding the seams. You can also see where I welded up several holes that I wasn't going to use. I'm not really shaving the bay, just doing a little cleanup.

Almost just a bare frame right now

I need to finish welding, seam seal and get some paint on the bay and undercoating in thewheel wells and trans tunnel. I'll be happy when i hit that milestone!
