Very sad news guys...

I have to sell everything. It's official. I am going through a wicked divorce right now and need to part her out. I am trying to sell all parts, then the body.

I will post up in the F/S sections when I can get a decent amount of pics of ALL the parts. There are so many high dollar items its really hard to keep track of, especially with over 50 receipts that have thousands of dollars in parts on each one. If your interested in anything lmk.

To have this car replicated would cost you over $120,000.00 and I have all receipts to prove it. I'll be losing a shit load of money, I already know this, so please don't remind me. Just take advantage of it.

I would like to thank everyone for their advise and continued support throughout this entire evolution. I tried like hell to pull it off, but my bitch ex wife has taken a hard right turn for the worse and its costing me too much in lawyers.

Sorry guys. Every single piece of this car means something to me, and I hope it goes to someone who can actually finish her. God dammit I would love to see it finished, but unfortunately, it can't happen in my possession.

Thanks again for everything. Sorry I couldn't pull it off guys.

Hey SF! Long time no post(?) Mark from BLP here:

Wanted to give everyone a brief update and confirm rumors on the project/ownership details.

Mike (my co-owner) at BLP currently owns the car and all of the parts that were not sold off during the flash sale. As of right now (yes, even a year plus after the sale) the Supra is in the exact same shape you saw it last and on the back burner. The project WILL be finished and the original detail and build plan will continue, which is why the vehicle has not been slapped back together without care. The issue Mike and we at BLP have as a shop, is we are obligated to customers first and foremost and already work seven day weeks, 12 plus hours a day to keep up with our demand with projects and repairs. We have at any given time a dozen equally involved projects going on as well as our repair and service side of our business to contend with for time. Furthermore, Mike has 14 vehicles himself including the Supra as well as 2 MKII MR2's, MKIII Supra, Turbo and N/A Toyota Pickup projects/restorations, SC300, Celica All-Trac to name a few, most of which were obtained from previous customer who had intended on repairing these vehicles and ran into a snag or two along the way. I also personally have seven vehicles in various stages of building, mostly Hondas, a '72 SS Chevelle and a custom turbo Toyota Pickup project. I am not rattling off vehicles to show off or impress anyone. I simply want to try to communicate exactly how busy and obligated the two of us are and hopefully explain in some fashion why this project has taken as long as it has. Certainly we want this vehicle back on the road worse than any of you here on the forums and probably worse than Jeremy initially wanted This vehicle has become somewhat of a masterpiece for our shop, our baby so to speak, known throughout the world on some levels thanks mostly in part to you guys here on SF. We could just assemble it and get it on the road. Any shop could muster that. We would like to continue down the road that we at BLP and Mr. Cooper originally started.

We are currently in the process of removing Mike from the direct line of fire by hiring more technicians in to keep up with the day to day business and free Mike up to have more time for projects and customer builds.

I just wanted to personally apologize to the Supra community for this build taking exponentially longer than originally planned, and also for us not keeping everyone up to date on the build. I have been a single service writer/manager for the last few years while our business has grown threefold. I have not had the time to dedicate to keeping the threads updated, nor even read what people have been saying. Factually, only Jeremy, Mike and myself know exactly what transpired, with no spin applied or others opinions involved and to this day we are still friends even though he resides in California now. Everything is copacetic and no hard feelings in any direction. It is truly a shame that this build did not work out for Jeremy, but he has moved on from it and is happy with his decision to this day. I have heard rumors that he may be back in a Supra here sometime soon For those of you that have followed this build from the beginning, it has been a wild and unpredictable ride. We intend to chase it down and ride it until the end. Some time may be needed to make that happen on a small business owner's budget both financially and time-wise. Please realize, we are not MVP, Titan, the late HPF, SP, VirtualWorks or the like, with their build budgets. We are a smaller performance and repair shop in the Midwest of all places that simply does great work.

Interested in your thoughts and opinions. We are open to any questions or comments you all may have for the build status plans etc. I know people were seriously fired up for this thread years ago. We just wanted to inform you that yes the thread has been dead, but the project goes on.....

Thank you,
Mark
