Absolutely. The engine bay is going to be very reflective, to say the least

All in all, thanks for all the positive comments guys, it is very much appreciated. Im a dumb mofo for spending the amount of money that has been dumped into her, but hey, Toyota wont make us any new Supras, so I guess this is what we have to do nowadays to get what we want. I just got so sick and tired of finding new things that were wrong with her, and couldn't stand it any longer. So I figured if we do this, that there would no longer be any issues. Mike and Mark Gibson (BLP), who is building her and doing all the tuning, actually grew up with John Reed back in their high school days. So there is a very long line of original tuners working on her. I am extremely confident with Mike and Mark's ability to do this and make the deadlines. The best of the best.

Thanks again gents, all comments/questions are welcomed, Ill keep you guys updated on the progress. Mike and Mark will be stopping by the body shop every now and then to get updates, and mabe some teaser pics

Hey guys, it looks like everyone is wondering the same thing...

The entire car is getting stripped from the old paint (multiple layers!!!), and re-painted RSP. They were going to try and color match the insides to the outside so they didnt have to do the entire car, but that would not have worked out at all. Every corner, every crevice, everything is getting stripped from the old paint and re-done, the right way this time! Whoever did the original RSP spray on it, did a horrible job... here are about over 100 examples of flaws on the car prior to the rebuild, include these as to why the entire car is getting re done...

I think the pics on pages 3 and up speak for themselves in the above album. All of those were taken just days before the tear down began, and again, are just a few reasons why all of this is happening to her.

Thanks for the motivation guys.

Crazy to see this car in bare metal. Been 18 years since it has been this bare.

Hope you enjoy
