Here's my car in her current state, on RS*R Down Lowering Springs

The original setup was on a different set of RS*R lowering springs which dropped the car much lower and completely got rid of the wheel gap. It looked fabulous, but unfortunately my wheel/tire setup in the rear is too aggressive and I would not have been able to drive home like that

Even with rolling the fenders/rear bumper I would probably still have rubbing issues. So, we went with the Down Lowering springs instead, which to my understanding drops the car 28mm up front and 14mm in the rear.

My wheel setup is in the rear is 19x9.5 with an offset of +32 and 265/30 tires. As you can see in the pictures, the wheel sticks out a bit, and with that fender curving inward, a lower drop would chew up my sidewalls

As the car sits now, I am quite happy though  The ride is great, and even on dips and over speed bumps, there is no rubbing in the rear.
