-----------------

Been some time since we worked on this. I moved it to my new house in the fall. Unfortunately the garage is several feet shorter than the last garage, so I can barely open the hood because a large shelf is in the way. The back bumper is inches from the garage door, and since the air suspension wasn’t really hooked up I didn’t want to mess with rolling it around.

So we have all the stuff and the airlift manifold and most of the parts so just gotta hook it all up.

The truck still had the old tank, so we had to get all the correct fittings on to work with the new system, and plug all the unwanted ports.

I have the air hose hooked up because that’s the only way I can fill it up until I get the engine running and the engine mounted compressor hooked up.

Drilled holes to mount the manifold. It’s not straight because I could barely fit the drill in but it’ll work fine. Plugged all the lines in.

Tested filling my tank with the air compressor. One of the plugs had a slight leak. Tightened it the best I could but there’s still barely there. May have to remove the plug and add some silicone or something. Otherwise it’s holding air.

Plugged in the harness and spliced the correct ends on the wires.

The truck battery is inaccessible so used my lawnmower battery. Touched the ignition wire to the battery. It powered on!

I didn’t do the calibration because the truck is in the air but it’s reading the pressure and the manifold clicks when I hit buttons. Seems to be operational!

Feels good to finally have progress. Next step is to take it off the stands and try it on the ground. Then roll it around so I can access whats under the hood and finish wiring/routing things correctly.

Hi! Nice work on the build. Amazing progress! By the way, I've checked air lift suspension on 4WheelOnline after reading your build last week.
