What I can say that I can handles the daily driving routine without a problem. It's not a cushy or smooth ride like my 91, which is standard suspension that I put Z-51 Bilsteins on. This car is a full-blow Z-51 car and the ride is quite stiff. If I hit a bump or a dip in the road at any speed it bounces but the rebound is quite short and precise. My 91 has a smooth glide type feel which is my only basis on how it should feel. The suspension is very tight, sure, extremely different than what it was from when I started this build, and It just reeks of track time to me. As far as being able to be a decent daily driver, let's just say that I have no complaints at all. It handles like a race car IMHO, but is easy to control and keep at bay, the exhaust (Power Effects) is VERY loud, but it still drives like a dream. The suspension upgrade and lowering was the best thing, second only to the motor rebuild, that I could have possibly done to this car to bring it back from all the years of abuse and neglect that it had seen. It is like a brand new car in the way that it performs and is just FUN to drive!

No Todd, I kept the 96 Z51 springs that were on the car. I just cleaned them up real well, and lowered the front set with wedges. I also cut off 1/2 of the spring's lower a-arm pad support and glued strips of the ABS shims on there to protect the Al lower a-arms. These springs are PLENTY Stiff enough, I can't imagine even stiffer than this and remaining a daily driver!

I REALLY appreciate it, and it was a HUGE effort that was so successful because as I did the work, I asked questions of the members here and made phone calls to the guys that helped out. I'm almost ready to pull it completely apart to go to paint, and then put it back together for good!

She runs strong, VERY Strong and despite little bitty problems like valve cover leaks on the AFR's and rear end seal leak, all is well. I'll make and post a video before I tear her apart and maybe get my co-worker to get his butt smacked on video again in his 2003 Z06 so you guys can see. I want to take the car to the track, but if it goes, Will is going to drive her, not me! I'll see if I can get this posted as a sticky to make it easier to find.

Once again, thanks for all the support and if there is ANYWAY I can help, just ask. LORD KNOWS I asked a ton of questions, bugged a GAZILLON folks at their homes and they were ALWAYS here for me, so I MUST give back!

Car hasn't gone back to the dyno, and as far as the issues go there's not much left there. I drive it everyday to and from work ~130 miles minimum and she's a BEAST! I'm trying to work with Will right now to take it to the track and run it in the 1/4 mile, or 1/8th mile track somewhere in VA. I've never dragged before and would love to learn but just never have. So before I screw it up, I'd like to have someone with experiance do it the right way first.

I plan on pulling out the motor and tranny, taking everything apart here very shortly so that the car can go to paint. Then once I put it back together, the little issues like replacing a few broken or less than perfect connectors, re-route and rewire my spark plug wires for the second time, along with very minor things will be resolved. Once all of that is done, I'll go back down to Ed's and let him put her back on the dyno and see if the 6500RPM stumble can be resolved.
