So far everything fit like a glove............I'll finish up today and take pictures of the headers and everything else. The ATI Balancer is a MONSTER to get to, but here's a shot of it installed. In order to get the pulley off, the motor has to be lifted.

This is how I solved my Oil Level sensor in order to clear my header

I cut the sensor down about ~3/8ths

Then Dave (WVZR1) helped me get a Female and Male pigtail to modify my sensor with.

So I modified the pigtail for my vision as you can see by the busted up peices

Installed the wires in the sensor

I then mixed up some plastic epoxy to hold the wires in place

And to top it all off, I used the right stuff to seal it all in

After that, I took both pigtails and spliced them together with solder and heat shrink wrap on each wire and then another peice over both wires. And here's the finished product.

So far so good!

Actually, I JUST got home from spending the ENTIRE DAY 10:30 am until about 9:30 pm installing the EM Headers!.........I was so beat I didn't take pictures. BUT I did not have to cut anything and so far so good. It was just a bear having to remove all of the wires and starter on the passengers side that I spent a good part of yesterday dressing up so that it would not be in the way. I also had to modify one of the original long header bolts to use for the oil dipstick and I think I'm going to do the same for the drivers side third hole as well. There is no way to get a long bolt in the second hole on the drivers side, so that brace will NOT be re-installed! After that, I mocked up the extentions with the high flow cats and they looked great.............BUT it also informed me that I'm going to have to modify my Power effects exhaust system because the extension are 1. Even, and 2. go to the end of the transmission extension housing and bolt up to the exhaust hanger there. Other than that, they fit like a glove and I hope that I won't have to replace my starter anytime soon. Especially with that Oil Pan and the headers.
