Rim lip repolishing

I was simply amazed by the way it came out.

You will need the following products.

Simichrome

Never-dull

Brillo steel wool soap pad.

This is what never-dull looks like

This is what mine looked like after a whole winter of not cleaning them.

Get yourself a bucket of water and soap.

Scrub all lips with steel wool soap pad untill you get it looking brand new.

Mine came out looking like this. The only difference from whem I got them new was the glossy look.

I then proceeded with the never-dull to finalise cleaning.

I buffed that untill rim looked even cleaner.

I then applied the simichrome with a cloth. I worked it in and wiped off excess paste. With a clean cotton cloth I polished them to a ridiculous shine. They came out better then when I got them brand new. Once simichrome settles it protects the rims from brake dust, dirt and whatever the lip with come in contact with. For further cleaning use only soap and water.

This is what then came out to look like in the end.

Enjoy
