A while ago I did the front arches on the car and I was advised on this group to use steel rod welded inside to make a straight edge, well thank you!!
I welded 6mm round rod inside the lip and using heat persuaded the lip to follow that line, came out really nice, with a skim of filler it’s looking great, I recon one more weekend of sanding then I can primer the car, can’t wait to see it in one colour (even if it is grey)
 I’ve also bought a new turbo for it, should get that next week, pulled the induction pipes and they are full of oil

It's good to see someone modifying a triumph - the time put into sorting the panel gaps has paid off!
