A major component of the build that has been a secret will be revealed in this episode. I have done a lot of small projects on the Civic including a hydraulic clutch line and bracket, a GM drive by wire pedal, a new fuse and relay box, finished the fuel system and got a new standalone ecu.
In this episode I clearance the front fenders, fit a front mounted heat exchanger for the liquid to air intercooler and test fit a fiberglass CRX front bumper in preparation for new wheels. Klutch KM16 http://www.klutchwheels.com/wheels/pr...
In this video I install some cheap-o coilovers sleeves and springs so I can get the Civic down to its proper ride height and check clearances. I also install a super set of Klutch KM16 16x9 wheels. Here is the link to the wheels. http://www.klutchwheels.com/wheels/pr...

The Eaton M122 blower gets an intercooled custom manifold.
