Yup, it's only the lip I need 
but here in belgium you don't find them second hand, and at Volvo they ask +500€ (625$) for unpainted rearlip !!
So I searched, and searched and searched on eBay...and after some time I found this R-design lip with bumper...So I bought it directly instead of waiting for the just the lip..
but I already have my smoothed rearbumper laying in the garage so I will use that one, with this lip. Then I can sell this bumper with the lip of my smoothed bumper
I think the facelifting will be put aside for one year 
got some seriuous costs due the lowering 
Need to change:
- 4 new tyres (camber eats your tires 
)
- new rearstrutbar (still the oem one, and after 10years/270.000 KM it had his best time)
- enginemounts
- gearbox-oïl
- headlights (adjusting thingy broken. Will buy the facelift-headlights, but mount them with the pre-facelift bumper as I do not have the finances to do all those repairs AND facelifting the car)
- Wheelbearings. Rear ones are sounding and shaking horrific. will change those, and maybe change the front ones also (4 new bearings allround)
- Driveshaft-covers (due the lowering they teared...)
......
The list is endless but the €€€ are not. So I think I will put the V50 aside during winter, and drive around with the wife here car
