Office done! Bun in his new domain. :)

Du inspecting my work.

Du scenting the new territory.

God I love this floor. Turned out great.

Sorry the photos are little out of order but you get the idea. Redo everything!

I have to say, this project has been a beast! Seeing me do the kitchen the first time, knowing now we are going to redo it 2 summers later... ugh!!! lol

Steve's color choices really turned out well. These pics don't do it justice, ill post plenty soon.

Du lounging!!! Du was great, for 3 weeks or so Du and Bun were secluded to one room as we did work around them. Really glad especially for how much more space he has to roam compared to my little apartment before.

Otis finally moved in!! The kittens will now have to bond and become brothers!

Kitchen turned out well. Still little rough but works for now.

Ok, so were car guys. We love cars, actually we are obsessed. Completely obsessed. So a 1 car garage will not do. So we decided to build as large as we could. Ended up with a 20 x 20, plenty of pictures to come. In the middle was our dog Scout! She was such a sweetie. :)

Skipping a lot but our entire garage is laying in our yard... yikes! They poured it, now we wait till they build...

Oh look! There it is!

Skipping a ton, but it is insulated, drywalled, painted, etc...

Doing some work, DIY auto!

The old owner left us a present..... THANKS MAN!!

Alrighty soo most of this happened between 8/15 - 3/16. The garage finishing happened a little later. Then we had a summer of a lot of maintenance with items OUTSIDE of the home. The yard was a disaster, this whole area must of been a concrete jungle cause I'm digging up huge rocks every square inch. We planted a garden which was great, planted 2 back beds, 2 front beds, and created a compost pile.

We are now going through the house for a second time. We are spending our time making it right, we were little rushed before with trying to move in/live/launch a website/etc....

Crisping up the edges, filling the gaps, adjusting for 100 years of use!

Smoothing up the upstairs hallway.

The Boys! See I told you they would bond and become brothers! :)

Hallways smooth, sunroom 90% finished for a second time. Still have to put in a new, nicer wood floor (we recycled the old kitchen floor) and have to sand/caulk/paint all the white wood trim in spring. (didn't want to remove plastic window covers yet)

Used the DIY Auto blue for the ceiling.

IKEA compact sofa/pullout.

Yard has been a work in progress, spent a lot of time last year and this year adjusting it. I feel by next year it will be level and full, laid down feed.

Bed next to the house. Nice thing about digging up a ton of stones out of the yard is that you can make bed liners.

Made some basic bed for the front, grabbed more stones and lined the perimeter. I hope to do a good amount of work on these this coming summer.

Porch stained and painted. I did a good wash during the last summer, did a great job cleaning up the siding.

Basement we did A LOT of cleaning, there was 100 year worth of flooding and just overall crap on the ground. Cleaned it up, painted the walls, epoxied the floor. Still needs a lot of work but a huge improvement.
