I finally got round to sanding both sides down and was thinking about painting bulkhead,
But thought I'd offer everything up first.

Good job I did because the near side rack gaiter needs more clearance

So I got busy with the pot noodles and gloves again!

Made some more clearance.

Made it sound again, by re-inforcing the seams. Couldn't add too much material here because of clearance.

So re-inforced it some more from the rear

Just got to sand it when dry and Hopefully this will be the last time I have to do this!
