Been away for a wee while but back now so we've been starting to weld the cage into the car using ratchet straps and porta powers as an aid.

Been Working on the foot plates and they're all finished so just need to finish welding them in place

few more photos of the cage and the sill stands that we added aswell

Also did a tiny bit of work to finish up the rear turrets a bit more and to scrape some of the undersealer out of the arch

have been away again for a while so not much progress till recently where we have got the shell on the spit removing all of the wax oil and under sealer and alternating between doing that and seam welding, welding in roll cage foot plates and welding more of the cage itself

9-6-2014

Have been distracted by other projects recently as we are currently working on stripping our Corsa engine bay

And on our GTM taking it over to Sitech Racing where they have had it on the rolling road mapping it so it idles properly and runs smoother with the custom intake and exhaust, car is making almost 200hp at the wheels which should be 230-240hp at the crank. combined with the cars weight which should be around 720kg when finished we'll have a bhp per ton of 330ish
Hopefully we'll be able to get some work done on the Nova tomorrow More under sealer stripping fun

Not done much recently till today we reckon this is a world 1st a Honda K20 in a Nova, going to start makingengine and box mounts in the next few days and hopefully gain some momentum again

Really cool, don’t have much like this in the states. You guys really got some of the best hot hatches.

This is going to have some serious lighting I can see, going to make a great rally car. What color are you planning on going with?

Thanks! Undecided on colour as of yet probably white and then we'll wrap it from there

Good call, and being a rally car there are a lot of great color schemes you can choose from
