Had a few minor setbacks. Mike warned me the sump would be to big. I said it would be fine. I was wrong 

Got it fixed up no problems. It now sports some wings ;)

Got the rest of the motor assembled, rockers set, timing set, manifold on, carbies on. Now working out alternator and vacuum pump brackets. Think I'm on top of it. Will fab out of 6mm ally plate and 13/16 ally round bar.

Also got to get some better length HT leads and trim the silastic from the chopping board once it dries. There was a fairly big gap under the manifold at the ends of the valley too, otherwise the ports and gaskets lined up PERFECT!

Glad I went with the TA Buick rocker covers too
