Well, my wheels arrived today. The Memorial day weekend really slowed them down. I washed them up, and took a pic for ya.

On another note, I still haven't recieved my Protouring F-Body stuff. I received one box. I have called, emailed, and left messages. No response. I told Dave, to take his time, but a full month is a bit ridiculous!

Well, Ive got some good news, and some bad news. First off, I received some of my protouringfbody stuff! WooHoo! Thats the good news. The bad news is, I didnt receive all of it!

So today, 5 WEEKS AFTER I ORDERED!, I am still missing:
Front and rear swaybars
Coil Springs
1/2 of the Racing front suspension kit

Dave is a great guy. Gives real good advice, but am am very unhappy with how he as ignored me, repeatedly.

Im going to send him another email shortly...

So I send Dave an email stating how upset I was with him ignoring me. Funny, how you send a sort of nasty email, and all of a sudden people respond!
Anyway, he said that he was back ordered on some of my parts, and they will ship 2 weeks from now. While it is nice to know whats going on, what it took to find out is completely unacceptable! Also, it is a bit ridiculous that it will take a full 7 weeks to receive all of my things! Especially, when its 2200.00 worth of things! It took me a long time to save up that money, and I don't like how this was handled at all!

I will report back when all of my things show up. I do have to say, that everything that has showed up, was packaged well. I have yet to receive a single tracking number though. I am disappointed, to say the least.

Well, I ordered my tires yesterday. Went with Sumitomo HTR Z. 255/40 for the front, and 315/35 for the rear. I was going to order them from tirerack and have them mounted locally. I checked and was quoted 100.00 for mount and balance. I thought that was a bit rediculous. So I asked if they could get them, and how much that would cost. The total came to 516.00, so I went that route.

Also, I received another part of my PTFB order. I have one sway bar, the centerlink, and a few other small parts. Wow, almost have all of my order

My son and I were bored this morning, and snapped a few pics of my wheels in front of Cindy...

Also, pulled the engine out of my first Camaro, the 1980. I have more pics, but they are on my father's digital camera, and I don't have them here. Here, are a few I took today after I was done. I'll post up the others later.

She was my first car...

Here's the mill...

TCI transmission, and 3000 stall converter...

At least its some progress. I get my tires mid next week, and then I will get my C5 rear brake stuff, and I will have everything. I need to find some time to start pulling the engine out of Cindy.
