Ok well I got the rest of the things I needed for the car now. I mean the interior pieces that I was missing as well as the switches, and trim pices that I needed. So now the car is complete.
I also picked up a berger panel and an SS style spoiler for it. Not to mention I have the Nittos on it now too.
I bought a 3.42 rearend off of a local guy for $200.00! And have plans on putting it in this week sometime. The tuning will be done as soon as I get the rearend in. Hopefully by Monday or Tuesday of next week. We'll see.

I am actually looking into a stall converter at this time. And hope to have that in the car soon as well! Well just wanted to update my thread and I'll post pictures as soon as I get time to.

Well to update the thread, I'm pretty Pissed off!
I put the 3.42's in last monday and had the car tuned for the gear swap. Well to my surprise; while I was getting the car tuned, the oil pump decided to take a **** on me and spun a rod bearing. So now my engine is going to need to be overhauled....

BUT the good thing is, I now have a reason to pull it apart and do what I was going to do this winteranyways! I guess it worked out after-all! Just happened a little bit sooner than I wanted it to. I'll be doing a rebuilt ls1 bottom end. And a heads and cam package from TSP! Along with a Vigilante Stall! And an Induction system (Probably a Fast 92/92 or ??)
Wish me Luck and I'll have the car up and running by next summer for sure. But it will be WAAAY Faster...

Well I got the engine in and started to get a little bit lazy....
So this is how it sat for a while lol!

Then I ordered a few parts and I was getting ready to install them when I got a phone call that I lost my dad on February 24th at 7:30 am!
So with everything going on, I put the car aside to do the family thing and get through the greiving process. I miss my Dad so much. But I know he would want me to finish what I had worked so hard to build. One of his last words to me was that all he wanted was his CAMARO... My dad was going through a real Bad time with Dimensia and alzhiemers (or however you spell it) and he was remembering things that I had told him in the past. Thats why he said all he wanted was his camaro, but it was what I had told him 6 months prior to him passing away.
But anyways. After a month or so, I finally got back to working on the car and put in the parts and got it tuned... Only to trash the tranny in 3 weeks!
But that just sparked me even more and I went with a level 3 Built 4L60E that is rated at 800rwhp and was covered by a 1 year 12,000 mile warranty!
So at that Time, I upgraded EVERYTHING that had to do with the Transmission.... Here are a few more pics of the upgrades...

For those of you who noticed the smashed up grille, I straightened it back and then painted it where it was scratched! Can't even tell it was damaged now huh!

I have a few more pics to upload, but I'll get them up in a few days or so.
I have pics of it at the track when I took it out, and I have a few more goodies to put on and I'll take a few more pics of it!
