Just purchased a 1994 Mini 35 1275 in Arizona Metallic Blue. Nice little motor, great front wings, floor, sills, boot floor etc. Engine runs well, but water pump has an issue, so I think I'm going to get that fixed then keep the engine in it. Will be a superb little car I hope! Is a very tidy car really, ju4-2-st needs a little love before it gets it's MOT (runs out at end of this month but an MOT tester came with me to look at it!)

Will be keeping both for now, get the Pickup finished then see if I can get insurance on it once I've passed.

Well, the Pickup now has a name. Dave.

Ok, I'll explain.

My new car has been named Charlie by the previous owner. Therefore, with a little shortening, I have Chas.

Chas & Dave.

Right, finally found some motivation to restart on the Pickup. Did a few small things to it yesterday, got the overriders fitting properly and straight.

Ordered a set of smoked crystal crosshair Mk2 Golf headlights which I'm hoping with alittle bit of tweaking here and there will fit.

Also bought myself a set of Ultralites off eBay, last minute find and got them for a bargain!

Nope, not sorted insurance :dontgetit: It's insured under Mum's at the moment, just incase it goes missing or something.

All being well it'll be at MiniWorld action day in September and it'll be going round the track :( Will be well insured for the day though!
