Okay so after priming came blocking! First thing you do is apply guide coat on top of primer (black stuff in following photo) and then after applying guide coat, started blocking to detect highs and lows. Block in a criss-cross pattern, and then apply body filler to the points that have gaps or dents, or which need to be leveled. After 2-3x of blocking in different grits of sand paper, go down to 600 grit wet sanding!
Tools needed ?: sand paper blocks, different grit sand paper, body filler, guide coat. .

Nice work! Thankfully the body looked in decent shape to start with, lots of these are pretty rusty at least around here. Inspiring me to get a Mustang of my own!
