floor pan question??

Thanks conracing... Yes unfourtunately all work is being done outside, Theres alot of double work with the car becuase you cant leave any bare metal for more than one night without rain. I would not attempt another job of this size outdoors. Yesterday i was able to weld up all of the moulding holes in my pass door, I was able to shrink the metal in a dent that i removed with a hammer an dolly, i cut out a rusty spot in the bottom of the door and welded it back together. Painted the underside of the r/s floor pan with expoy primer, i removed the bulk of the r/s floor pan, cleaned up any rust and treated the metal. I still have alot of cutting and grinding to make the pan ready for welding and i will be working on that today. My question is Should the new pan be cut around the braces where they attach to the inner rocker? Or should they be installed behind the braces....Between the brace and the inner rocker like it came from the factory? Here are a few pics of yesterdays work.... Thanks for reading my post Rob.

Great cars so cool back then. I believe about $3,600 at the time?
