Quick vacation...

Made a little progress while on vacation, it sure was a quick week..
I been working on fitting the r.s floor pan, then discovered a spot in the inner rocker that needed to be repaired, in order to gain access to this i had to cut the fire wall brace out of the way. Once the rocker was fixed i welded the brace back together. I took the r/s toe panel out of the doner cleaned it up and fit and welded it in place. After having the floor pan in and out what felt like 30 times it went in for the last time, and was welded into place.
Note to self (Dont lay directly under spot being welded)  My shirt looks like swiss cheese not to mention all the burns on my chest. All welds were ground and temporary primer was applied to prevent rust. I glass beaded both r/s door hinges, cleaned and wiped down the r/s door and epoxy primed door, hinges. Next i started to remove the bad metal on the drivers side A pillar.
After that it was time to sit down and have a few cold beers. During this week after work i will try to cut the L/S A pillar parts needed to fix the 73 and get them ready for installation. So for the now the car is covered up and back to work i go.....
Here are some pics for you guys

Great cars so cool back then. I believe about $3,600 at the time?
