I finally got around to upgrading my stock brakes and replacing my deeply scratched passenger rotor. After hearing all the good things about the black magic brake pads, I decided id give it a try!

I ordered a set of front Black Magic Brake pads as well as the recommended high quality Centric Premium Rotors to go along with them. from blackmagicbrakes.com

The install was pretty straightforward the longest part was just trying to get the old rotors off, besides that it was very easy to do. My next step is the break in and then ill let you know how they work.

Stock Brakes

Stock vs. New Centric Rotors

Finished Project!

UPDATE:Around town so far the black magic pads dont feel much different then the stock ones but when you really push the breaks they sure bite! It nice to know I can stop my 33's when I need to! The break in instructions say that they will continue to improve over time as well.
